Medicines in School

Please download and complete the form attached if you require your child to be given medication in school.

If your child requires medicine 3 times a day - we would suggest one in the morning, one on returning home from school and one in the evening.

Should the requirement be 4 times a day - you would need to bring it into school to be administered with a completed form.
